About the Founders
Barn Cat Outreach was founded by Mary Perkins and Dr. Kim Wilson in the summer of 2009.
Mary Perkins, a Licensed Veterinary Technician, and Dr. Kim Wilson, Veterinarian, have had genuine experience working with feral cats and at TNVR clinics. Both residents of rural Livingston County, they are well aware of the feral cat problem in our area and strive to assist local communities through Barn Cat Outreach.
